Restricted access to specific countries

In accordance with the regulations set forth by the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) for software sales to Russia, Belarus, and other CIS countries, senhasegura and its offerings are subject to export control, sanctions. and laws in multiple countries, including the laws of the United States of America.

Pursuant to applicable U.S. export control laws and in order to ensure compliance with senhasegura’s corporate responsibility policies, it is currently prohibited to export, re-export, or access any senhasegura products or services from the following countries/regions: 

Cuba;
Iran;
North Korea;
Syria;
Crimea;
So-called Donetsk People’ Republic;
So-called Luhansk People’s Republic;
Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions of Ukraine (collectively, the “Sanctioned Jurisdictions”); 
Venezuela
Belarus and
Russia (collectively, and together with the Sanctioned Jurisdictions, the “Prohibited Jurisdictions”).

senhasegura places restrictions on all business and transactions involving the aforementioned countries due to their status under strict U.S. sanctions and export control regulations. Any changes to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, or specific security concerns may lead to the application of further technical access restrictions by senhasegura.
