Restricted access to specific countries
In accordance with the regulations set forth by the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) for software sales to Russia, Belarus, and other CIS countries, senhasegura and its offerings are subject to export control and sanctions laws in multiple countries, including the laws of the United States of America.
Pursuant to applicable U.S. export control laws and in order to ensure compliance with senhasegura’s corporate responsibility policies, it is currently prohibited to export, re-export, or access any senhasegura products or services from the following countries/regions: Russia, Belarus, or sanctioned regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk).
senhasegura places restrictions on all business and transactions involving the aforementioned countries due to their status under strict U.S. sanctions and export control regulations. Any changes to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, or specific security concerns may lead to the application of further technical access restrictions by senhasegura.
For additional information, please see the Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), which oversees sanctions and embargoes, as well as the Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), responsible for regulating the export of items, software, and technology.
